My name is Adam Kautz, but you may know me as "RealAgentAdam". I am the Owner/Team leader here at Adam Kautz and Associates. I got into Real Estate in July of 2018 after a bad experience in trying to purchase my first home. At the time, my Realtor was just trying to push me into any house they could and not give me any real advice or warn me about "crappy" homes.

I hated the feeling of not trusting the person that was helping me with the biggest purchase of my life, so I decided to get into the industry myself to change that! I've been working and learning as much as I can for the past 5 years to give the best service, experience, and knowledge that I can to my clients so they can feel like someone is finally in their corner and not just here to "make a commission".

Prior to selling Real Estate I also wasn't in the best of financial places in my life. Through this journey I've completely turned around my financial well-being and now share that knowledge with everyone I can, because I firmly believe that having better financial health leads to much more long term happiness! When I'm not working, you can catch me on the road in my running shoes with my dog Ragnar (German Shepherd). He's my best friend and running partner because it's hard to find someone with the same schedule as I do! I run marathons and still strive to pursue a professional Ultra career at some point in the future.

Outside of running I spend my time with my amazing girl friend Gavriella and our other dog Coco (Chow Chow). We love to go to local events, zoos, wine tastings, and golf together and with friends. She's the love of my life and I couldn't ask for a better girlfriend or life! Over my career I've become one of the top 5% agents in York County, the Host of a TV show called the American Dream, became a Real Estate Investor for rental properties, and have successfully completed "flips". I strive to become the #1 Realtor in the County and grow the best Real Estate team on the PLANET! If you don't dream big, why dream at all??
